I did not say Bad Romance was 'on par' with Thriller. I said it was in the same realm. Is it equally as iconinc? No. Is it an iconic dance and video? Yes. It was inspired by Thriller and paid off. I'm not even hating on Beyonce. I honestly do not look at both Gaga and Beyonce and think 'Gaga is a much [better or worse] dancer compared to Beyonce.' I don't see much difference, sorry. I'm not going to split hairs here to decide who is 'better'. Anything else you'd like to freak out about? That said Gaga is not a trained dancer like Beyoncé is, and Beyoncé can certainly out dance her but if Gaga puts in efforts she's basically the only popular pop girl aside from Ciara who can move next to Beyoncé Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

All you had to say was 'what about single ladies' and I would've admitted I was incorrect in that instance. I'd hate to see how you react to someone actually disliking Beyonce. There's way too many moves and that ends up affecting the choreography, there's also lack of direction, most of the time the choreography looks sloppy and graceless. It works in music videos but live, it gets messy. Also, I think there's too many dancers around her. You don't need complicated, flashy movements to show off your dance skills. The choreography in her early days (when she had Dina and Pepper) was great. The movements were firm, precise and interesting. Definitely better than whatever the hell Gaga and her dancers were doing at the Coachella festival and the Bad Romance performance (that thing looked like a flash mob) at the SBHS. To answer the op, no. I can't wish for her to be an excellent dancer when there's nothing wrong with her, she's not the "problem" in my opinion. When she really works at it she can do it, but most of the time her movements are very cringy. She should take a dance class, stretch daily, and make fitness a lifetime part of her lifestyle, not just crash diet and work out right before an album comes out.
