In the beginning of the song she says "I can name names but I won't do it" while playfully dancing. She hesitates for a moment and then signs the letter 'G' to the audience. If you don't know, back in April rumors began flying up that her and G-Eazy had been dating (or just fooling around) with many eye witnesses coming forward to say they had seen him and Lana making out during shows at Coachella. Lana had also been seen at his recording studio as recently as May. While this may be someone totally different, the signs are all there!
