She's in LA, as are rehearsals. 

Rehearsals aren't 24/7, so a night out is normal.

She performed a song she already knew with Tony.

A Dive Bar performance takes at least 2 full days to prepare for.

The Dive Bar is also not in LA.

We don't know the details behind the postponement of the tour. 

Where's all the talk about sensitive SJWs now?...

We don't know what Gaga's schedule is like nor should we act like it.

the thing that pisses me off is that she didn't even say anything about the postponement and still acts like nothing's up. in my point of view she's making it look like she doesn't even have time to tweet an apologize but still she's out and about with her boyfriend. i don't know but i find it really weird and a bit disrespectful
