Maybe Richy hasn't put him in the front of the stage because he knew he would steal the spotlight from other dancers? Right now Asiel Hardison seems to be the one interacting with Gaga the most, whereas we know Mark Kanemura was the 'Alejandro and The Edge of Glory guy'. Asiel carries Gaga during G.U.Y. and John Wayne. He's also the only one touching Gaga's body during Sexxx Dreams. Should Gaga acknowledge Nicholas Geurts?
