My original point was, let's not pretend that many people knew about Formation (the song) at the beginning of 2016. Uptown Funk was much more relevant and successful from the year before. Comparing Beyonce's "Formation" chart performance after her guest spot on the Super Bowl to Lady Gaga's headlining spot isn't fair game.
