There is always demand in Aus when you're doing an amazing promo there. And it's what her team & her know. Her album is still top 10 on ARIA etc.

Didnt DWUW spent 19 weeks on the hot 100 tho ? :oprah:

I know billboard's website is saying '12 weeks' but this is wrong. They also have lots of wrong information on their website.

Not Million Reasons STILL outselling three singles from Katy , this is still surreal to me. :toofunny:

I really think Katy's team is putting too many dates out in some places, not that smart...

It's really strange how focused Katy's team is on the tour this era as opposed to making hits and crafting an album that will have longevity. I honestly doubt anyone had an idea most of TD's #1s would be so big, and Dark Horse only started out as a promo single. There are several songs on Witness that could have been hits, but the lack of focus on that aspect of the era has hurt the entire campaign.

And now her tour dates are faltering as a result. They're just going to keep adding dates to make the overall gross better, yet in reality most of her dates will fail to gross a million.

with those expensive prices... even if she doesn't sell out it will have a great gross

She'll really slay in Australia. Like Prismatic.

Australia is promo sensitive, she just did a lot of promo there, she'll add a lot of dates!
