Last three Super Bowl Half Time shows were nominated. In 2014 and 2015 performers were nominated alongside show's producers.

In 2016 only the producers scored nominations.

Why weren't Coldplay nominated for the Emmy? Is it because they were a band? I'm not sure if that's fair to Coldplay though.

She obviously wouldn't win an Emmy for these, but it's interesting to see her all over the ballot. If she's a producer of the SBHTS (it'd be shocking if she wasn't), she'd get the nomination/award.
