But faces change over time, and I feel like the fact that she isn't using facelift tape to augment her face shape and eyes has made a difference in her nose looking smaller. Also, she relies on her voice. My friend got a rhinoplasty and her voice changed drastically, both speaking and singing. The other day when she posted a pic without makeup, her nose looks exactly the same from back in 09.
