I hope the election acts as a backdrop/introduction, because if I have to relive the 24/7 media coverage of Trump's campaign in AHS I'll just skip it. That sounds good, even if I would have prefered fictionnal candidates instead of Trump and Hillary. Like I said since they mentionned the elections, Trump can't even be taken seriously.
