I absolutely loved the Joanne era. I genuinely felt that Gaga was happy through out it, doing what SHE wanted. The music makes me happy too and helps me get through this tumultuous phase the US is going through. She looked stunning and created iconic looks and themes. It helped paved the way towards the warm reception The Cure is recieving on radio and Spotify.

Unfortunately, now that The Cure has been released, I feel like so many fans are turning their backs on Joanne because I don't remember seeing so much negativity towards this little era that could. :cryga:

That's the way it always is. Nothing has changed.

besides the world tour coming up, it's over.

You killed your own thread with your opening line - a world tour supporting an album is hardly something to dismiss when talking about an era.

You guys just can't wait to bury this era, can you? :toofunny:

yeah i know, but your first reply when you said "which people will buy when they go to the shows"
made it seem like you thought the merch should be taken off her site?

She did what she wanted and that's ok. But there was nothing iconic in Joanne and she was always sad, crying in interviews, being rude to people... so... :poot:
