I think anyone can tbh as long as you have a manager/agent there, particularly in this case as Gaga is enough of a celeb that if he said he can't answer any questions about her they'd obey it. They'd rather follow your request than have an awkward moment on air where they ask  and get a stiff or rude response. He's been accepting questions abo Gaga in interviews for ages tho And he stays very vague so he probably doesn't wanna be a diva and ask for it.

Let this be the end of she and him being asked about one another. I can see how it has happened this time and while it's still too late, can let it pass since his show is getting press and of course he would have seen the SuperBowl, but beyond here will seem a lot MUCH, for both stars to still be asked.
