Penelope, with long straight blonde hair, probably looks closer to Donatella than Cuba Gooding Jr. looks like, more than Sarah Paulson looks like Marcia Clark and more than John Travolta looks like Robert Shapiro. As long as they get the hair, makeup and fashion on point, and manages to capture some distinctive features and as long as Penelope manages to act and pull off an accent it will work. The first season was a critical and commercial success and the actors there looked nothing like the characters they where playing.
