I'm so excited and scared at the same time. I wonder what type of music she's going to record too, would it be modern or 70s inspired?

you said "what names" and i told you?

 

There's nothing wrong with it, its just really odd they would use the exact same names for the two leads, especially since burlesque was a fairly recent musical and this automatically sets up the two films to be compared.

ryan and emma did a fabulous job. have you even seen an interview with them or damien? them being human and not pretending to be perfect was precisely the point. so sit down and rewatch the best meta-musical of the modern age. while you're at it, try to catch a few more references 'cause singin' in the rain is just one of many.
