Judging from the fact that up until late 2015 she would post about ARTPOP on instagram, I believe it is possible that it does have a special place in her heart but for some reason she wants to not mention it again (or at least for the time being)

It's called constructive criticism. Something Gaga's team has yet to learn. 

It doesn't mean that because he thinks the album is a bad idea that he hates every song on it. After all he sang ARTPOP with her.
