The mess on the 2016 one is the upper part. Look messy. I said it the day it happened and I keep saying it one year later. And those will be my last words before I die.

I actually didn't like the 2015 Oscars look she did very much, the dress was way too large (especially around the chest) and made her look like a bedazzled pillsbury doughboy. The 2016 is rightfully on that list, probably one of the best classic looks Gaga has ever worn in her life.

I noticed that there are some really beautiful gowns on that list, but the styling has always been a bit off. Also I think the dresses might have looked even more beautiful on women with a *fuller* figure. Sometimes around the bosom area you just see that the construction is relying on something that fills it out.
