It opened the possibility for her to perform at the Oscars, which then gave her a spot at the SuperBowl's National Anthem, and ultimately her legendary performance at the SuperBowl LI Halftime Show... Which means, without C2C, there would be no Super Bowl this year, and Gaga would probably be forgotten into oblivion.
