The account is believed to be Gaga as she created it and used it to leak Aura to fans. The account was created in June 2013. Boris/Gaga Secret Account here are a few of the older tweets the accounts first tweet in JUNE 2013 (long beforehand):  Original Aura leak tweet: January 2016 return tweets:  Yesterday, the account retweeted and then responded to a Katy Perry tweet about surprises this era: Yesterday this tweet about Adele (the media tried spreading a troll-made gif of a Gaga interview saying she called Adele fat): Yesterday this tweet about Beyonce:  This account seems like it is obviously Gaga, but I'll leave it up to you to decide.
