As George Carlin said (and I'm paraphrasing), "It's circling the drain time for humans..." I'm glad people are waking (woking? lol) up to all these crises...existential and otherwise...but we may be too late given the route the globe is choosing to take (with nationalism, phobias, complacency, and so forth).
