I've yet to hear it on the radio too, but then again San Francisco loves to give all its airplay to Bruno Mars for some reason. 

Anyway, I agree that the fans should be a little more appreciative. Not only to radio, but the song itself. We finally have a genuine hit and people are complaining about the song being boring? Get over yourselves. Gaga deserves for Million Reasons to go as long as it lasts.

She is free to live out her passion through the music.

Not only do her covers get exposure to different audiences, but it also shows she is capable enough to work in cohesion with the world's most respected artists within short notice to prepare. Why do you think so many artists respect her? 

It definitely aided in her spike in momentum and people see her talent and want more.  Thus IHeartRadio saw the demand and now she's getting more radio airplay.

So I wouldn't worry about her, she knows what she's doing.
