Every course I take on Canadian politics or economics, it's like "this is how it's done in Canada, unless you're in Quebec, then it's done that way" Even lottery winnings are done differently there, and Quebec citizens don't always qualify for national contests I fell down the stairs once as an actor. This is what my parents said too  Every time Americans do something stupid, my parents would say something like that to explain their actions.
