On each of the sites, at the event's page the onsale and presale times are written. Usually it's 10am local. So just convert the timings to yours and it should be just fine. In the UK, they go on general sale at 9am UK time on Friday. The merch store presale is tomorrow morning at 9am, and the LiveNation presale is at 9am on Thursday.
