How is this story even still circulating? 

1) This is Gaga - a woman worth 250 million dollars. A $100,000 insurance fee is nothing to this girl 

2) The stadium has a retractable roof. There will be no cutting holes. 

3) If this is happening, it's happening. The show is a little over two weeks away... the planning is done.
