I'm sure he even said that somewhere once replying to a fan or in an interview he did about his own music and the question was raised, we refer to it as ACT II but it's not really a concrete album in my mind. Leeo 2,366 Posted January 11, 2017 Share Posted January 11, 2017 I think the concept of "ACT II" was just the bunch of demos that weren't finished for ARTPOP "IN TIME" but she really liked and wanted to put someway out, just like "Brooklyn Nights". I think there were few songs that were "finished" like Tea, Temple, cuz they were songs that were "announced" back then, but after hearing like "Red Flame" and Partynauseous....
