I just looked up the address of Shangri-La Studios (where Gaga recorded the Joanne album) and it is literally RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the mansion where she filmed the "Poker Face" video in Malibu!! Additionally, Gaga's ranch is less than 1 mile up the highway from here as well. Poker Face mansion is on the left, Shangri-La studios is on the right (top corner, building with the green roof).
