Certain times of the year have more competition than others. The estimated Billboard Hot 100 formula is: Sales / 1,000 + Airplay / 1,005,000 + Streams / 120,000. So while it only debuted at #15, that doesn't mean it wasn't impressive. Formation 2. Dangerous Woman 3. Perfect Illusion 4. Rise 5. Work 6. NO 7. Make Me Gaga's team just released during a more competitive time.
