I think for me it'd just be best to write something more like poetry consistently and work from there, although so far what happens is that I'll hear a word or a phrase I like and write it down to rot. Very occasionally (although it happened 2 nights ago) I'll hear a song as I'm falling asleep and then struggle to get up and write down lyrics/record the melody somehow Lols well like I said, mine is more poetry than actual lyrics.
