Think about what that would do for Joanne and the amount of GP that would be blessed by the album. Or should she pull a Beyonce and announce the tour right after. Regardless, she can't pass up that promo opportunity by not announcing anything. My hope is that it's Joanne: The Re-Up or Joanne Ball Tour. This bitch better deliver.
