Along with posting studio pics and possible filming. Gaga posting filming pics could mean the video was just filmed, either way i wouldn't take it as an indication of the release, knowing the video could come at anytime. The first week of September would be awesome, but as I've seen in the past (so many times with so many artists), you cannot convince yourself of a release date, because you'll likely be let down.
