This definitely confirms something about Gaga being on the VMAs maybe they will make a red carpet apparence or maybe they will perform Perfect Illusion either way this may confirm that Gaga is invlolved @ the VMAs as Phi Phi (from S4 and AS2 RuPaul's Drag Race) previously tweeted So after I saw these tweets I think that Gaga will not be involved in the performance yet the drag queens are only going to lypsync or sing Perfect Illusion @ the VMAs!
