And why did Jo and Lady Starlight tweet soon if nothing is happening in another 3 weeks? Why is Perez Hilton saying that Gaga is performing at the VMAs? What even is Phi Phi O'Hara hyping us up about (she says Gaga fans will be shook tomorrow) The VMAs apparently said that there will be surprises in the show What do you guys think?
