If you look at nearly every other artist streaming pattern you will note huge increases from year to year. Though I'm sure your theory is applicable too...I mean promo for sure helps. I think you are right! Feb 2016 was a great time for Gaga's career! I think even google trends shows that it was one of her biggest peaks in popular culture! Maybe it wasn't suggested (Autoplay) before. The same happened to Poker Face in October 2015, for no reason. And during the same month Telephone suddenly dropped. But yes, in general her streams have been better in 2016 than any other year so maybe it has to do with promo and/or the increase of streaming culture.
