Are country fans the most loyal fans in the US? And if so, why do you think that is the case?

Yes. Their faves can release some of the most trashy sounding albums and they'll lick it up like there's no tomorrow.

I think so.  They seem to support their faves much more than pop fans.  If they turn out not to be the most loyal, at least they're not the most fickle.

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

Definitely, no country artist has had much mainstream success lately so they tend to stick with their faves no matter the charting position. Not to mention how they will defend the genre to the death while firmly believing pop is trash.

For album sales, yes.

Touring wise, I'll give it to rock fans. Look how much damn money Bruce Springsteen and The Rolling Stones still make.

It's 'cause country is rooted in tradition while pop takes advantage of passing fads :stalkga:

I'm kidding. But country fans buy anything their favorite artist throws at them so, yeah, I guess.
