BUT with how many outlets are involved it SEEMS, to me, that they are getting the ball rolling. It SEEMS as though they are readying us for information. It SEEMS as though something is coming, however small it may be. I think we can expect anything from a new song to an album title by the end of July. ALSO judging from the fact that she is involved with V Mag again, their Fall September issue is ONE OF if not THE MOST important magazine of the year. Which falls right in line with a Q4 release, I think Gaga could be planning on doing a behind the scenes interview either about Cover Art or the Lead music video. There is a lot of fashion that comes with her projects so it's not that difficult of a reach! Am I delusional? Also, all of this is speculated this the stress on seeming.
