And not to mention, despite all the fanfiction I know of being about underage characters, it's illegal to sell pedophilia, and I doubt even Madonna could get away with it on such a large scale. Secondly, unless it describes the actual entire sexual act, I believe it's legal. Thirdly, most countries, and several states in the US have an age of sexual consent beneath 18.
