No amount of fitness and medical care can reduce the inevitable mutations in your DNA as you get older. In fact it's exactly why we get older. That DNA is what is passed to your children. The risk of damaged DNA passed down can range from benign to severe. Hopefully in her case it's the former.

Congrats to her though. Motherhood is the best
