But this time, instead of realistic expectations, or titles, or song leaks or themes or collabs, how do you want LG5 to perform in every possible metric at the very least? I want to know your thoughts. Number of album tracks? Spoiler 12 tracks would be ideal for me. Number of singles? Spoiler 4-5 singles. Metacritic score? Spoiler About 84 would be great. Single/album opening week sales? Spoiler 600k for single, at least 800k for album opening week Album year-end sales? Spoiler I think 3m at the end of the calendar year, maybe 5-6m a year after release would be great Grammys won? Spoiler as long as we have at least one of the three: SOTY, ROTY or AOTY Number of #1 hits? Top 5? Top 10? Spoiler At least 2 #1 hits would be decent, and 3 top 5 hits should put her back into the GP's radar for a long time. Tour gross? Spoiler Anything above $200m gross is more than decent, although $270+ would probably be the best for her reputation as a touring force since other pop girls are already catching up. If given just one choice, which would you rather be a guaranteed success? Singles success in sales and charting? Album sales and longevity? Critical success and accolades? A massive touring force? Everything else I really don't care about. It wont get a 90+ metacritic score, that's an extremely hard thing to achieve. I hope it gets around 70 or above. Album has over 10 million sales in a short spam of time. 90+ metacritic score Won multiple grammies ala 21. But tbh, I dont really know what I want for Lg5. I don't want it to be 21 level in success--I'm happy with BTW/Prism numbers. I want it to be just successful enough that the "progressive decline in sales" pattern is broken and that she proves she is here to stay in the pop scene.
