Taylor doesn't interfere too much with Gaga's career imo. But I think Gaga has not deteriorated but improved in terms of music quality. Just wait til LG5 is released.

Probably tbh, I'm an artist and the past two years I've been the happiest I've ever been in my life yet I've not been able to be inspired/ create a thing

As time has passed her creativity has changed shape, but it's still as strong as ever. Taylor is a a consequence, not a cause, of different life goals.
