I do sometimes sit similar to this

it's somewhat comfy to put one of my legs below my butt (not entirely like in this picture) until i can barely move the leg because the blood is not circulating in it anymore  

I guess i also sometimes lay in my bed like gaga in OP picture when im getting ready or just don't want to take off my shoes.

since my legs are very skinny (and i'd rather them not be) i don't really feel any discomfort in my crotch area like some of you have described  there's always some sort of a gap so i can pretty much feel comfy in any position I guess.
