Then, when she broke her hip. The ARTPOP era as a whole wasn't a meltdown, more like an endless "oh no she didn't, what the **** is she thinking" festival. Well that SXSW thing was one of the only "art projects" with a fully-executed artistic vision of the whole era. Ok, that's disgusting and all, but at least it was elaborated and made some sense in an artistic way.
