Celebs meet and mingle like everyone and just talk. If a photographer spots them talking he or they might request a pic to be taken, but sometimes they just talk. And knowing Gaga she loves to meet people and talk so that's not the problem. And if I were famous would prefer having a good conversation with her over whipping out my phone for a quick selfie.
