Madonna released her first sin gle from her tenth studio album, 'Hung Up' Some Hung Up facts: - It has sold over 9 million - It is her highest and best selling single of all time - Went number one in 45 countries - Was one of her first music videos on youtibe to get over 20 million views (however not the first to be vevo certified) - The song uses a sample of ABBA's hit song Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie (A Man After Midnight) - Named the best disco track of the century - Earned her a place in the Guiness Book of World Records - The music video was a tribute to John Travolta - It was Madonna's 36th top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100, tying her with Elvis Presley as the artist with most top ten hits - The song was originally going to be the last single and was going to be featured on adverts And we can't forget about the pink leotards!
