Did High By The Beach really sell 248k in the first week?

I've been thinking now and perhaps it is real sales and the GP liked this song because:

1. She uses elements of what's popular these last years (hip-hop/trap) specially in this song. It's very different from her other songs in terms of musical genre. If actually take away the vocals it's a hip-hop beat. So, maybe people are buying in because of the genre. Like, if u have a thing for peaches this year and you are offered even more peaches, but this time with a different colored peach you want to try it :d

2. Her popularity due to Summertime Sadness remix may be a reason for people trying this song

3. The video

Maybe we have to assume it, but I still think it's weird :S
