Gaga is a chameleon, it's natural for her to play with every possible tool. However, I don't know why you guys are making such a big deal out of her nose. I mean, if she did have something done (which I don't think is the case, as this would be a permanent change), then good for her, idk And if you come at me with "Born This Way" comments, then you haven't understood the message at all.
