With the lips I would definitely say yes, but her nose can be shaped by makeup. I really like her nose before the streamlining. I also think a lot of changes to her face have come with losing baby fat and changes to dieting. I still think she is absolutely gorgeous. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show.
