The Sims 2 being my favorite for its silliness and funny random consequences, but The Sims 3 for the open world. I pirated The Sims 4 and really only played it twice. Didn't quite catch my interest. I think if I play it more, I might enjoy it though. The Sims franchise is like Gaga's discography. The Sims = The Fame (Fantastic debut) The Sims 2 = The Fame Monster (Worldwide acclaim) The Sims 3 = Born This Way (High expectations.
