How should I censor Paparazzi for my performance of it this weekend?

I have a kareoke place near my house and I often go there and sing a lot of songs, I'm a crowd favorite. I usually sing like 3-4 songs by a variety of artists like Madonna, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, John Lennon, etc and tomorrow I wanted to do Paparazzi however I have an issue with some of the lyrics. In the song, Gaga sings "leather and jeans" and I have an ethical issue with leather but I still wanna sing the song. How can I censor it in a non annoying way?
