'Cheek to Cheek' sold over 30,000 copies last week in the U.S., pushing its total to more than 515,000 copies sold. The album has outsold other popular mainstream releases in 2014, such as 'My Everything' by Ariana Grande, 'Ultraviolence' by Lana Del Rey, and 'The Pink Print' by Nicki Minaj. All of Gaga's albums have sold at least 500,000 copies in the US. In addition, she and Tony Bennett made up a majority of total jazz record sales in 2014. It should also be noted that only 31 albums sold over 500,000 copies in the U.S. this year. The album topped the Billboard 200 and is nominated for a GRAMMY.
