Ex. https://twitter.com/goijiqu/following One being Katy Perry which basically puts katy under the bus for buying followers like Gaga. Even Obama buys followers. Gaga gained 1M followers only in the last YEAR meanwhile all the others gained at least 10M (18M in Katy's case). and she went from #2 to like #10 overall.
