Miel 15,009
They were all great, but those who didn't vote for Paparazzi 2009 need to accept jesus christ as their lord and savior. "I already bought Born This Way, please leave me alone!" 3 points in and ready for more
ByeBye49 161
Erm. Tough pick between Paparazzi and Applause tbh. Paparazzi was more iconic and remembered so I'll go with that I guess...

elijahfan 23,558
Voted for Paparazzi. Both Paparazzi and Yoü and I were really groundbreaking for different reasons. I think Applause was a little below originality-wise (I wish MTV had let her fulfill the idea of the multiple Gagas), but I still hold this performance dearly in my heart, as I met Gaga in her seashell apparel right after she hit the VMA stage :p Photo taken by yours truly
Arcane 204
Paparazzi 2009. Applause vma 2013 is my closest 2nd favorite. Love Trumps Hate
Pop Art 1,773
Definitely Paparazzi, but I think Applause could have seriously been better had MTV allowed Gaga to use her original idea for the performance.
monsterdreams 1,529
1. Paparazzi: iconic (singing flawless, choreo flawless, theatrics flawless) 2. applause: well sung with a great visual idea (going through her eras) 3. You and I: still great but just doesn't click with me as much (Bieber's face is hilarious though) Haters gonna need more than a flashlight for my shade
