If somebody is going to hold themselves in a position in which people could understandable preserve them as sleazy, they better be ready for that reputation. A slut is a slut.. But I'm not going to pretend that I wouldn't involuntarily take a second look if I saw two people that look like father/mother and son/daughter holding hands and/or kissing in public.
